This spider tends to build small orb webs in small webs in green shrubs, especially those near creek banks,
but often is not noticed because it
rests on twigs with all legs aligned
Probably harmless to humans
Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: Tetragnatha nitens and other Tetragnatha species.
