Habitat:
This species feeds on small insects caught on the webs of larger spiders, usually araneids such as Cyrtophora species, and normally reside on the periphery of their webs
Toxicity:
The fangs on this spider seem far too small to be able to cause a human envenomation

Known range: Recorded from just south of Cairns and from Bowen down to Brisbane then further down to areas west of Sydney and to Melbourne.

Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: Argyrodes gracilis.
